A beach day can start outside the door
Viscount is on the Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach border, with the beach steps away. The 2-kilometre paved beachfront path begins at the building and runs south to Kurrawa and central Broadbeach in about 15 minutes. It is a car-free option for a morning walk, a pram outing or a meal in Broadbeach before returning along the water.
North, Cavill Avenue is about 20 minutes on foot. Florida Gardens tram station is 500 metres away, useful for moving along the coast when current services suit the plan. Check Translink’s timetable close to travel, particularly once Magic Millions releases its own 2027 visitor information.
Make the group accommodation do its job
Every apartment has a private ocean-view balcony, full kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, separate living and dining space, and two bathrooms. Those are modest but important advantages during a multi-day summer stay. Beach clothes dry at home. Breakfast does not require a queue. One person can sleep while another is making coffee for an early departure.
The three-bedroom ocean-view apartment sleeps up to six, while the two-bedroom options sleep four. The Premier Two Bedroom Ocean View Courtyard is on the ground floor with a private courtyard and is wheelchair accessible. All apartments are air-conditioned and have ceiling or circulation fans.
Outside the apartment, the ocean-facing outdoor pool is heated to 27°C year-round. The rooftop barbecue area and sun deck look out to the water, and the garden barbecue is the easier option for families. They are useful for the unplanned sections of a trip, when the best choice is to stop moving for a while.
