Surely you and your kids have seen Kung Fu Panda, Madagascar, and/or Shrek and fell in love with the characters. Who wouldn't? They are charming, funny and the films impart valuable lessons.
If your kids want to see the lovable heroes again, then take them to the ultimate DreamWorks Experience at Dreamworld!
Kung Fu Panda: Land of Awesomeness
The newest DreamWorks Experience attraction is indeed full of awesomeness! But first you must meet with Po and master the art of Kung Fu in the Training Academy.
After your training, ride the dragon at the Skadoosh Bumper Cars. In the Land of Awesomeness, these dragon cars dart and manoeuvre according to the driver. The land also features Pandamonium, one of Dreamworld's Big 9 Thrill Rides! With this ride, you will go round and round, side to side up to 8 meters high and upside down at up to 3.8 G-forces.
Head to the Madagascar Water Fun where the Madagascar heroes – Marty, Alex, Gloria, and Melman are waiting to welcome you. Then go wild in the Madagascar Madness jungle starting with a ride at the wildest roller coaster.
For a 20-minute DreamWorks animation, King Julien's Theatre is your destination. If the kids want to play, go to the MAD Jungle Jam which is equipped with air cannons, foam fountains, hundreds of squidgy balls, rope bridges, and lookout towers. For the latest merchandise, visit the Madagascar Cargo Hold.
Shrek's Faire Faire Away
For a fairy tale adventure, visit Shrek and Princess Fiona in the medieval land where they feature four different rides.
• Choose your ride – Donkey, an onion carriage or royal horse for the Ogre-Go-Round.
• Want to fly? Ride the Dronkey Flyers – half dragon and half donkey and enjoy a mini yet mystical merry-go-round.
• Are you a fan of gingerbread man? Then try Gingy's Glider and fly through the sky.
• If you love some adventure like Puss in Boots, then ride the Puss in Boots Sword Swing and feel the air.
Located in Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera in Queensland, the theme park is just a short drive from our Surfers Paradise Beachfront Apartments. It is best to book your accommodation and theme park tickets early to avoid the hassles.
